Moclips-by-the-Sea
Historical Society and Museum was founded for educational and cultural
purposes including the collection, preservation and interpretation
of artifacts, photos, documents, sites and buildings relating to
the history of Moclips and the North Beach of Grays Harbor County,
Washington (from Pt. Brown to the Quinault River) for the present
and future generations to come.
Our Society
has over 300 members, who like yourself, are truly
intent on the preservation of the rich history of our communities.
We convene for an annual membership meeting each June, and also a
semi-annual event, usually in January.
You receive
a hard copy of the Ocean Wave News Letter via
the US mail. There is no copy on the website until after the next
issue is mailed out.
Your support
provides us with this website, our 2005 Moclips Centennial Celebration,
our Museum of the North Beach, and
the ongoing ability to secure important artifacts pertinent to the
North Beach area.
Further,
if you join a committee, then your
voice is also heard, and your actions can have positive results.
These are very fine things, indeed.
The Moclips-By-The-Sea
Historical Society is an approved IRS Non-Profit group as described
in publication 501c(3).
